Cruising from Oban: Take 2

Sailing from Oban, we'll be spoilt for choice:get ready to enjoy a wealth of spectular and wonderfully varied islands, lochs, wildlife and hostelries!

During this week and the preceding week's cruise, possible destinations and opportunities include: 

• To the north: Loch Aline, Tobermory, perhaps some dolphin and whale watching off Adnamurchan Point, then on towards the delightful Small Isles (Muck, Eigg, Rum and Canna) 
• Coll and Tiree to the NW of the Isle of Mull
• To the SW, the Sound of Insh with its magical Puilladobhrain anchorage and Clachan Bridge, the Sound of Luing, perhaps through the infamous Corryvreckan tidal race (keen navigators and tide calculators needed!!) and on to Jura and Islay for a well-deserved distillery tour

These cruising grounds offer truly magical sailing - so join us for one or both weeks for a great Scottish adventure. 

If we can muster a two-week crew for this and the preceding week, we might be able to head to the Outer Hebrides. Stornoway hosts the Hebridean folk festival from 17 to 20 July - wouldn't it be amazing if we could make it!
