Dublin to Troon

Bringing Brighton Belle from Dublin to Troon gives us a number of routing options depending on wind and weather conditions.

We can cross the Irish Sea in a NNE direction to the northerly tip of the Rhins of Galloway, then past Ailsa Craig and on to Troon. Or we can hug the coast of Northern Ireland towards Ballycastle, then turn east, passing south of the Kintyre Peninsula and Arran to Troon.
